Zero Oil Cucumber Salad
A healthy side dish. adds a lot of nutrients, water and fiber to our diet. Can be eaten even during vrat fasting. Coconut and crushed peanuts adds a nice flavour to the recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 Cucumbers Diced
- 1-2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp freshly grated coconut
- 3 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Clean, peel and dice the cucumber very finely.
- Add roasted crushed peanuts, green chili, chopped cilantro and freshly grated coconut.
- Mix well. Add lemon juice and salt as per taste.
- Mix it well. Garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts before serving.
