Ingredients
4Cucumbers Diced
1-2green chilies
2tbspchopped cilantro
3tbspfreshly grated coconut
3tbsproasted crushed peanuts
Salt as per taste
1tsplemon juice
Instructions
Clean, peel and dice the cucumber very finely.
Add roasted crushed peanuts, green chili, chopped cilantro and freshly grated coconut.
Mix well. Add lemon juice and salt as per taste.
Mix it well. Garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts before serving.
