Chop all the vegetables and keep it aside
Mix Bajra flour in water and make it like a slurry and keep it aside
Take a pan, add butter to the pan
Once butter is melted, add green chilies and Ginger
Saute green chillies and ginger for 1 to 2 minutes
Add all the vegetables including peanuts except paneer and broccoli to the pan.
saute all the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes
Add Water and allow it to boil for 4-5 minutes
once it reached one boil add bajra flour slurry and allow it to boil for 2 minutes
Add broccoli and paneer to the soup.
Add salt,black pepper and cilantro and once it is boiled for another 2 minutes put offthe gas stove and add lemon juice
