Wash red poha thoroughly .
Easiest way to wash is to put poha in a sieve and keep it under running water.
Add 2 tbsp of water and some salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Mix together freshly grated coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder.
Add coconut jaggery mixture to the pre soaked poha.
Top it with dry fruits and sliced bananas.
Mash a few slices of banana to get sweetness and nice texture to this recipe.
