Slice Capsicum into medium size
Boil Potatoes, remove the skin and mash them
Add chopped cilantro, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, lemon juice
Mix it well
Now carefully add the stuffing to the capsicum slices
Heat a pan on a low medium heat, add oil
Place stuffed capsicum on the pan
Do not cover as they will become soft and soggy
Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Add oil as needed
