Peel the raw bananas.
Cut them lengthwise into slightly thick slices. Do not make very thin slices.
Keep them immersed in salt water till the time you prepare the masala paste.
To make the masala paste, in a plate, add ginger green chilli paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Add 1 tsp if water if paste is too dry
Coat the banana slices with this masala paste.
To prepare the outer coating, in a plate, add rava, rice flour and Mix well.
Coat each slice of banana with this rava rice flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan.
Place the banana slices in the pan.
Fry on both sides until they turn golden and crispy.
