Vegetable Soup no corn flour

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Green Peas
  • 2 tbsp Corn
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Broccoli
  • 5-6 cubes Paneer
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Bajra flour
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Chop all the vegetables and keep it aside
  • Mix Bajra flour in water and make it like a slurry and keep it aside
  • Take a pan, add butter to the pan
  • Once butter is melted, add green chilies and Ginger
  • Saute green chillies and ginger for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Add all the vegetables including peanuts except paneer and broccoli to the pan.
  • saute all the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add Water and allow it to boil for 4-5 minutes
  • once it reached one boil add bajra flour slurry and allow it to boil for 2 minutes
  • Add broccoli and paneer to the soup.
  • Add salt,black pepper and cilantro and once it is boiled for another 2 minutes put offthe gas stove and add lemon juice

Add Bajra flour in the winter season and Jowar flour during summer season. 
Use seasonal vegetables which are available during season.
