Stuffed Capsicum/Stuffed Bell Pepper
Stuffed Capsicum is a perfect appetizer. It is spicy and quick to make.

- Stuffed Capsicum
Ingredients
- 2 Capsicum
- 2 Medium Size boiled Potatoes
- 4 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 2-3 Green Peppers
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to Taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice Capsicum into medium size
- Boil Potatoes, remove the skin and mash them
- Add chopped cilantro, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, lemon juice
- Mix it well
- Now carefully add the stuffing to the capsicum slices
- Heat a pan on a low medium heat, add oil
- Place stuffed capsicum on the pan
- Do not cover as they will become soft and soggy
- Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Add oil as needed
