Potato Sabzi
Ingredients
- 5 boiled Potatoes
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2-3 Green Chilies
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- Cilantro Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- pinch of Asafoetida
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds once it is hot.
- Add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, some chopped cilantro leaves, turmeric and asafoetida.
- Add boiled and mashed potato to this and add salt as per taste.
- Stir well. Cover and keep it on low flame for 3 -4 minutes.
- Add more cilantro on top and add fresh lemon juice fora nice taste.
- Now put out the gas stove and serve with rice, chapati or thepla.
