Potato Sabzi

Ingredients

  • 5 boiled Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 5-6 Curry Leaves
  • Cilantro Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • pinch of Asafoetida
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds once it is hot.
  • Add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, some chopped cilantro leaves, turmeric and asafoetida.
  • Add boiled and mashed potato to this and add salt as per taste.
  • Stir well. Cover and keep it on low flame for 3 -4 minutes.
  • Add more cilantro on top and add fresh lemon juice fora nice taste.
  • Now put out the gas stove and serve with rice, chapati or thepla.
