clean all the vegetables with water.
chop tomatoes, and carrots
peel the beetroot and chop into pieces
Take a pan, add all the above chopped vegetables and ginger into the pan and add enough water to cook the vegetables.
You can also pressure cook the vegetables for 2 to 3 whistles.
Once it’s cooked, cool it down completely and blend it in the blender.
take a pan add a Ghee or oil.
add cumin seeds and cinnamon.
add the mixture which have Blended into the pan
strain the mixture especially if you are making this for kids
Adjust the consistency by adding water.
Add Salt as per taste.
bring soup to boil
add chopped cilantro, black pepper and lemon juice
serve it warm
