Beetroot Salad
Beetroot Salad is healthy and quick salad loaded with iron. It can added to the wraps or served as a side dish. Always add Lemon Juice to the beetroot so Iron can be absorbed by the body easily
Ingredients
- 2 Beetroot medium size
- 2 green chilies
- Salt
- Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 3 tbsp Crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Clean the beet root, peel off the skin and grate the beet root
- Make a paste of green chilies and salt.
- Add this paste to the grated beetroot, add chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze Lemon Juice as per taste. Mix well
- Add crushed peanuts or any nuts of your choice for protein and crunchiness. Mix well and serve

Beet Root is grown underground so make sure always clean the beetroot before using it.
Peel off the skin and grate the beet root.
