Mint Turmeric Ginger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Glasses of Water
  • Handful of Mint Leaves
  • 1 inch grated Ginger
  • 1 inch Grated Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • Lemon Juice and sweetners Optional

Instructions

  • Boil 2 glasses of water in the pot
  • Once the water starts bubbling add grated ginger, turmeric and black pepper powder.
  • Then add a handful of mint leaves. Let the extract get into the water
  • Boil and simmer for 2 minutes
  • Put off the gas stove
  • Add lemon juice before serving and sweetner of your choice
