Mint Turmeric Ginger Recipe
Tea is healthy version which can be consumed early in the morning or after meal. You can add honey as sweetener
Ingredients
- 2 Glasses of Water
- Handful of Mint Leaves
- 1 inch grated Ginger
- 1 inch Grated Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
- Lemon Juice and sweetners Optional
Instructions
- Boil 2 glasses of water in the pot
- Once the water starts bubbling add grated ginger, turmeric and black pepper powder.
- Then add a handful of mint leaves. Let the extract get into the water
- Boil and simmer for 2 minutes
- Put off the gas stove
- Add lemon juice before serving and sweetner of your choice
