How to make sweet potato Chaat Vrat Ekadashi

Healthy and tasty sweet potato chaat which is very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 sweet potatoes boiled/baked and cut in cubes
  • 2 tbs Ghee
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon green coriander chutney
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Dates Tamarind Chutney
  • ¼ cup pomegranate
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander finely chopped

Instructions

  • Place a pan over medium flame and add Ghee in it.
  • Once it turns hot, add the boiled/baked sweet potato and toss it for 2-3 minutes until it gets a nice crispy brown color.
  • Arrange in a pan. Add cumin powder, Mint coriander chutney, Dates tamarind chutney, pomegranate, roasted peanuts, fresh coriander and mix until well combined.
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

If you dont have green chutney, you can replace it with chopped green chillies, Cilantro and mint leaves. 
If you dont have Sweet Chutney, You can replace it with Dates and lemon Juice.
